Ordering of your hosting package is a simple process. Due to the many different factors involved and the, sometimes, unreliability of some automatic ordering systems all hosting packages and domain names are manuall set up and registered by a human, not by a program or API.
To order your hosting all you are required to do is click on one of the following “Pay by Paypal” links below depending on the package required. This will then send you to Paypal’s website (please, always confirm it is the real paypal site by checking the URL in the address field in your browser – it will have paypal.com or paypal.co.uk as the part after the www.)
Once your payment has been received your hosting account will be set up by a human. For this reason set up may take up to 24 hours to complete. Your subscription will be updated to start when your hosting package is available to use, not from when you originally paid i.e. if you paid on Monday 3rd and it took 24 hours to set up your subscription would start on Tuesday 4th.
All hosting packages are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee should you not be happy with your service and are also covered by the uptime guarantee. Any domain names offered for free with a hosting package are non refundable and the cost will be deducted from service charges should you wish to cancel your hosting package.
If you are unsure of which hosting package you require please take a moment to check out the various packages available from the menu on the left. If at any time you wish to upgrade or downgrade your package this is completely possible and only requires a simple email to do. To order please visit the contact page and send an email containing your full name and address, the package required, the term of the subscription (monthly or yearly), any required domain names (if available) and the hosting package you require or any specific features you would like. Once received an invoice will be raised and sent by email, payable by bank transfer or paypal. Once paid your account will be set up and you will receive further instruction via email.
